Is anyone running the new update, having a problem with clicking on forum links and been redirected to the private messages or profile page?

If so could you please let me know, And if possible provide me with a temp admin login and FTP access, So I can attempt to fix the problem.

I am not sure why the bug is happening, as I did not alter the forums in anyway, except for adding the profile cover photos.

This isn't because of a hosting issue? As we previously thought?

99% of the time yes, but I have found that some slow web hosts, sometimes generate the problem too, but need a test site to confirm.

I had this problem, I ended up going to the other host.
When I clicked on a new topic, it sent me to my profile page.
Ionos also for me, I still have it.
I just need to give you ftp and database access.

Yeah we dealt with this on my live testing sites. And we figured it was definitely the host. But it also could be a corrupted install file, Or Another file. Lonestar is going to be working on one of my test sites to see if he can spot the problem. I am sure he will respond to this issue with a fix once it is discovered.

As you see on the video when I go to the site with a vpn, I can post then when I go there with my real ip, it sends me to my profile.
In any case, the Lonestar pro will find the fault.
