It was pointed out on Discord that there was a slight issue with the block, block-Latest-Topics-Grid.php. Well, after taking a quick look, sure enough, just a missing veriable being placed. Its a simple fix. I have attached the file to this post for those that feel like just downloading the file and uploading it, but if you feel like editing it your self, here is what you need to do.

OPEN:
public_html/blocks/block-Latest-Topics-Grid.php

FIND:   (Line 18)

DESC LIMIT 10");

REPLACE WITH:

DESC LIMIT " . $last_new_topics);

SAVE & CLOSE

Now, once you either edited the file or uploaded the file, you will need to clear yoru sites cache to see the changes.
If you are editing the file, you may want to alter the default number for the variable $last_new_topics on line 5. I would think 5 would be the max you want shown on your page, but thats up to you.
